Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Keybind Pro subscriptions, AI Credits, Module Credits, and Marketplace purchases.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the KeyBind Service operated by Stanbren LLC ("Stanbren," "we," "us," or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Pro Subscription

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law or where we choose to grant a refund at our discretion.
  • To cancel, use the subscription controls in your Account [or contact support@keybind.net].

2. AI Credits

AI Credits included with Pro are allotted per billing period, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are non-refundable, including any unused Credits remaining when you cancel.

3. Module Credits

Module Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are not transferable. [State expiration, consistent with the Marketplace & Seller Agreement.] Redeeming a Module Credit is final.

4. Module Purchases

Modules are digital products delivered immediately, so all sales are final once the Module is delivered, except:

  • the Module is broken, materially misrepresented, or malicious, and cannot be made to work as described; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

To request a refund for a Module, contact support@keybind.net within [e.g., 14 days] of purchase with your transaction details and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds and chargebacks affect the corresponding Seller payout as described in the Marketplace & Seller Agreement.

As the merchant of record for Module sales, Stanbren reviews and decides Module refund requests. Where a refund is granted, the corresponding amount is deducted from or offset against the relevant Seller's payout, as described in the Marketplace & Seller Agreement.

5. Currency and Consumer Rights

All prices, charges, and refunds are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any currency conversion or related bank fees are your responsibility.

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you; where such rights apply, they take precedence over this Policy.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@keybind.net so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your Account pending review.
