Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.\n- Subscription fees are **generally non-refundable**, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, **except where required by applicable law** or where we choose to grant a refund at our discretion.\n- To cancel, use the subscription controls in your Account **[or contact support@keybind.net]**.\n\n## 2. AI Credits\n\nAI Credits included with Pro are allotted per billing period, **do not roll over**, have **no cash value**, and are **non-refundable**, including any unused Credits remaining when you cancel.\n\n## 3. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
