Get ready, It's time to play! Your journey begins as you discover your new body-loving, inner-siren-finding self! You will be in awe of yourself as you find out what you are capable of, and the 85 minutes will go by way too fast!
These 90-minute introduction classes are offered as individual classes for you to "test the waters" before jumping into our 8-week series with both feet (and believe us, you will!)
Please dress in comfortable workout clothes. We will be in bare feet (or socks). Bring a yoga mat for our warm up.

About Tease Dance and Fitness
Kristin, Tease's founder, says her first pole-dancing class was nerve-wracking. Even though she previously spent years as a fitness specialist with a background in classical dance, this new dance style was way outside of her comfort zone. However, after a single spin around the pole, she claims "I felt like a goddess and an acrobat.” She knew then and there that she wanted to share this unique form of movement with others.
Over 14 years ago, Kristin opened Tease Dance and Fitness for this exact purpose. She works alongside 15 PFA-certified instructors in a 5,000-square-foot studio. Together, they lead pole-dancing and burlesque classes that help teach women body acceptance and give them a safe space with a great support system. They also offer aerial silks, aerial hoop, and aerial yoga.
