About Peter Patterson Glassworks
Though glass art has been Peter Patterson’s career for more than 40 years, glimpses of his other passions come through in his pieces, from his knowledge of plants to his scuba explorations of exotic seascapes. Indeed, he shapes searing-hot glass with the same fluidity as water, drawing on lessons from master teachers and his own background as an illustrator.
After years of perfecting his craft, Peter decided to give back to his community by sharing his passion and knowledge of glassblowing. He offers a range of classes for all skill levels and a range of different techniques. His students come away with a better understanding of glass, and most importantly, with something they can keep and treasure forever or gift to someone special.
