Evaluation with licensed physician for one month of Semaglutide (GLP-1) treatment
Your purchase will include an in-person initial medical evaluation with a licensed physician to determine eligibility for semaglutide (GLP-1) treatment. Upon a successful consultation, the medication will be billed separately at $349. If you do not qualify to receive semaglutide treatment, you will not be charged for medication. If you return as a patient, your monthly price will be locked in at $399 for as long as you wish to continue treatment.
